Repairs & maintenance

We will assess your request quickly and instruct our maintenance contractor (Cube Construct) to make arrangements with you to visit the property. The maintenance team will report back to us quickly and we will then make a convenient appointment with you to carry our the repairs.
Please note: All requests for repairs or maintenance must be reported to Panda Property and not Cube Construct. Panda Property will make the initial contact with Cube Construct on your behalf.
Agreement or payment queries

The building and maintenance contractor responsible for all Panda properties is Cube Construct Limited. On receipt of your maintenance request, we will instruct the Cube team to make contact with you to arrange a convenient time to visit your property.
All requests for maintenance must be reported to Panda Property initially, please do not contact Cube directly as this may incur a charge to the tenant.
